Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

I do not ship overseas at this time.

I ship via UPS or Fedex, so I am not able to ship to P.O. Boxes.

I see an instrument I would like to purchase, can I put a deposit down?

If you are interested in purchasing one of my available guitars or ukuleles please email me with your contact information. I will contact you and make arrangements to send a paypal invoice. Once payment has been received I will ship your instrument.

Do you do repairs on musical instruments?

Yes, if a repair is ever necessary on your Madrona Guitar please contact me right away! We can work out the details.

What’s your return policy?

Madrona guitars have a three-day evaluation period. If you are not completely satisfied you can return it in like new condition postage pre-paid for a full refund.
